Orders may be placed through our website by adding products to the Website’s online shopping basket and completing the checkout process. Once you place an order through the Website, you will receive an automated confirmation notice that we have received your order; however, the order will not be deemed accepted by us until we notify you that the order has shipped. We reserve the right to accept orders in part and/or reject orders for any reason.

We ship internationally to certain countries. Customer will be responsible for all Customs, Duties and Taxes to their respective ship to countries upon receipt of order.

All orders through the website must use a domestic USA address. We cannot deliver to P.O Boxes. Nivis does NOT ship internationally.

All returns will be dealt with on a case by case basis. We understand the investment you make in a jacket isn’t taken lightly so we will work to make sure you are satisfied.
