SUPPORT FOR VETERANS

Did you know veterans are largely responsible for creating modern American ski culture? We didn't know either until we stopped in Park City to visit the Alf Engen Ski Museum and learned the history of the 10th Mountain Division. This alpine warfare unit was established during WW2 and after the war was over many veterans returned home with their passion for skiing and opened resorts and ski schools across the country.



To help bring awareness and give back to veterans, Nivis has made substantial donations to organizations that support our service men and women.

Since November 2023, Nivis has donated over 1,500 jackets to organizations that support and bring awareness to veterans including the Salt Lake City VA, Colorado based Veterans Expeditions, and the Alf Engen Museum.
